The South Hill Business Association or Fraser Street BIA works in partnership with the City of Vancouver to promote and enhance the Fraser Street between 41st and 50th Avenues as a vibrant shopping and business district. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve the appearance and appeal of South Hill, in order to promote a sense of community. In order to reach our goals we liaise with other community groups and neighbourhood organizations, who have a stake in the future of South Hill, to address areas of common interest.
